Our process is simple. Once we approve you as a “Preferred Private Investor”, we will keep you informed on upcoming projects, as soon as we locate our next development and after our very detailed due diligence we will submit the file package to you, which will include project scope, valuation, proposed rate of return, terms, etc.

 

We normally give 48 hours to receive a written commitment letter, in real estate time is in the essence, we want investors to secure their positions, the faster the decision making the higher the chances of participation.  We have a strict set of guidelines and we will present only projects that suits our requirements.

 

All investments will be secured by collateral with a deed of trust and real estate note along with all legal documents, this documents will be drawn by a Real Estate Attorney and close on a reputable local Title Company.
